I’m Adrian, a remedial massage therapist based in Perth.
I help people reduce pain, improve movement, and return to activity with more confidence.
My approach combines remedial massage, movement assessment, mobility work, strength principles, and pain education. I look at how your body moves as a whole and provide practical strategies to improve movement, reduce aggravation, and build long term resilience.
I have continued my education through training in Pilates, yoga, biomechanics, dry needling, lower limb function, hip and pelvis mechanics, and chronic pain approaches. I regularly undertake further professional development in movement, rehabilitation, and pain.

At The Fix Wellbeing, movement sessions focus on strength, alignment, mobility, and control. The goal is to reduce pain, improve function, and help you move with confidence.
Each session is tailored to you. I assess posture, movement patterns, and strength to identify what is driving your issue. We then build a clear plan to improve it.
My approach is influenced by Pilates and yoga principles, combined with strength training and biomechanics. The focus is practical and evidence informed, not class based training.
